Job Summary

We are seeking a talented Systems Administrator to join our dynamic IT Infrastructure Team. In this role, you'll be responsible for configuring, deploying, documenting, and supporting end-user technologies such as computer workstations, iOS devices, Windows application servers, camera/DVR systems, and office hardware.

What You’ll Do

• Support existing installations of revenue control hardware, software, and LAN networks, as well as all end-user technologies.
• Develop and maintain policies, procedures, and documentation for employees and other IT staff.
• Interface with end-users at all levels, as well as vendors and third-party support.
• Manage PC configurations, remote management, policy assignment, and security updates.
• Develop new systems, processes, and features relating to end-user technology.
• Maintain and develop documentation, FAQs, etc.

Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail and excellent customer service skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and strong problem analysis and resolution abilities.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Experience with Active Directory administration.
