Scope of Position

EDF Renewables North America is a market-leading independent power producer and service provider with over 35 years of experience. The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for facilitating the creation and deployment of external marketing collateral and campaigns that reinforce the brand identity of EDF Renewables North America. In this role, you own the marketing project lifecycle: driving projects to successful completion by gathering requirements from stakeholders across the organization, working with vendors to develop materials, and ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of finished products. The Marketing Coordinator has a strong role in governing operational efficiencies, supporting the implementation of new technologies, and contributing to creative strategies that enhance the Marketing & Communications department and champion EDF Renewables' mission and goals.

Responsibilities

- Project Coordination

    Organizes, manages, produces, and delivers a high volume of print and digital marketing collateral for internal clients and external marketing needs, such as project profile pages, direct mail or promotional pieces, brochures, email blasts, newsletters, and logos.
  • Owns the intake process and timeline for projects, gathers requirements and asks critical questions, partners with vendors to produce materials, and enacts strict QA standards to ensure materials are high quality and consistent with brand guidelines.
  • Coordinates and communicates with colleagues, clients, and vendors to deliver excellent customer service and escalate any issues that may impact quality, efficiency, or timelines.

- Digital Marketing

  • Manages the creation and maintenance of digital marketing assets, including the edf-re.com website, banner ads, Office templates, and PowerPoint presentations.
  • Curates and deploys the quarterly corporate newsletter and assists with the design and creation of email and digital ad campaigns to ensure alignment with overarching messaging, strategy, and business unit goals.
  • Analyzes and reports on performance metrics to inform campaign optimization, identify issues to troubleshoot, or highlight trends to consider.
  • Help to identify and evaluate tools and platforms for the EDF Renewables martech stack.

- Marketing Operations

  • Meticulously maintains project management system, naming conventions, and file organization.
  • Manages vendor relationships and invoices, including seeking reliable vendors with competitive pricing, and identifying new products or processes to improve internal and external marketing and communications efforts.
  • Actively contributes to the overall marketing strategy for the MarCom department and each business line. Use industry best practices, metrics, and insights to align stakeholders and deliver campaigns that help drive external sales and marketing activities.

- Other duties as assigned.

Working Conditions:

100% of the time is spent is working in normal office conditions utilizing Microsoft and Adobe products and other digital platforms related to the marketing profession. Occasional travel for business may be required.

Qualifications

Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in marketing, communications, business, or a related field
  • 3+ years project coordination experience (preferably within a marketing team)

Skills/Knowledge/Abilities:

  • Superior project management capabilities with strong critical thinking skills and attention to detail. Ability to effectively drive projects towards on-time completion while managing multiple priorities and stakeholder requests.
  • Outstanding communication skills, including writing, proofreading, and engaging with colleagues across the organization.
  • A deep sense of curiosity that sparks creativity, problem solving, and asking questions to gain understanding and context.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and desire to provide exemplary customer service through support, humor, and positive energy. Demonstrated teamwork, flexibility, and good sense.
  • Demonstrated success interacting in a positive and diplomatic manner with a diverse clientele. Able to work both independently and in close collaboration with teammates, other departments, vendors, and leadership.
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications (particularly PowerPoint and Forms) and Adobe Acrobat. Preferred proficiency using Wordpress, Adobe Creative Suite, and Mailchimp or similar email marketing platform.
  • Working knowledge of Airtable or similar project management system.
  • Understanding of fundamental marketing performance metrics and reporting methodologies.
  • Ability and desire to use, learn, and explore new martech tools

Pay Range: $28.00 - $38.00 Hourly
