Current Opening

Mount Aloysius College invites applications for a full-time Administrative Assistant for the School of Business, Arts, & Sciences. The Administrative Assistant provides direct administrative support to the Dean for the School of Business, Arts, & Sciences as well as limited support for Departmental Chairs and division faculty. Duties include preparation of letters and other documents, including self-study accreditation reports and meeting minutes. This position coordinates and schedules meetings as assigned. Responsibilities also include managing confidential paperwork and electronic records in a neat and organized manner.

Minimum Qualifications

Three (3) years administrative/secretarial support experience required. Above average verbal, written, interpersonal and organizational skills a must. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and advanced skills in creating Microsoft Excel spreadsheets required. Associate Degree in secretarial/office administration or equivalent required. Experience in higher education a plus.
