Cal Poly Pomona Foundation is seeking a Assistant program team leader
The duties and responsibilities include:
Innovate and develop new and existing products with a team consisting of business, engineering, physics, computer, multimedia, legal, and graphic art students.
Lead the product development life cycle, emphasis on market potential, P&L development, and product strategy.
Improve the overall efficiency and organizational goals by managing, organizing, planning, and controlling resources.
Perform presentations to donors, venture capitalists, and executives for product pitch and updates on progress.
Manage and attend weekly update meetings to ensure team progress and build communication.
Research and consumer testing, creating feedback which is implemented into product improvements.
Conduct meetings with industry experts to improve and evaluate product development.
Think creatively and push for results.
The ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, work under time sensitive deadlines and excellent communication skills are key attributes to possess.
MINIMUM EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Associate’s degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school
3+ year’s current Payroll experience
Kronos Work Force Ready experience
One Solution or related accounting platform or Accounting experience a plus
Strong PC skills including proficiency in Excel
Strong interpersonal (verbal and written) communication skills
High degree of professionalism, work ethic and team player
Excellent problem solving and organizational skills, detail oriented
Ability to deal sensitively with confidential material
Ability to work under pressure and adhere to strict deadlines
Great customer service skills
- This is a part-time non-benefited non-exempt position.
- Hourly range for this position $16.24.
