Position: Social Worker - PRN - Home Health
Hours: M-F 8 to 5
Area: San Diego- Central Coastal
Pay Range:$70 to $90
Flexible Schedule (Self-Schedule)
1:1 Quality time with patients
Mileage reimbursement
Supportive leadership in a team-oriented environmen
This position is paid on a per-visit basis. The compensation reflected on this posting, is an estimate of hourly compensation

Be the Best Hospice Clinical Social Worker You Can Be
If you meet these qualifications, we want to meet you!
- Master's Degree from accredited school of Social Work or related field; Valid license/registration of permit to practice in state(s) of agency operation if required
- Medicare/Medicaid/Insurance specialty preferred
- Licensed to practice as a clinical social worker in the state of agency operation if required
- Must be a licensed driver who can travel to all business locations
