Northeastern Junior College faculty are expected to support the mission, vision, philosophy, and goals of the college. What Your Key Responsibilities Will Be:

• Teaching a full academic load of 30 credit hours per year, which may be face-to-face, hybrid or online instruction. Teaching may include weekend or evening classes
• Provide effective instruction as measured by student success and persistence rates
• Invest in teaching and active learning, and inspire students to learn
• Develop and maintain current curriculum and assessment criteria for courses
• Participate in department and college committees and meetings
• Conduct student advising
• Maintain 6 in-person office hours per week

What We Require:

• Master's Degree from an accredited institution related to the subject, or a Master's Degree in a different area with 30 hours of Master's level credit in the subject to be taught.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evening and weekend events.
• Knowledge of and experience with computers
• Prior academic/work experience in an accredited institution of high education is preferred.

What We Can Offer:

This is a full-time faculty position. Annual salary is $43,000-$49,000 depending on qualifications and experience.
