**Overview:**

We are seeking a dedicated English as a Second Language (ESL) Teacher to join our team. As an ESL Teacher, you will play a vital role in helping students develop their English language skills and achieve proficiency.

**Responsibilities:**

- Educate students on English language skills, including reading, writing, speaking, and listening

- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans tailored to students' proficiency levels

- Utilize learning technology and Learning Management Systems (LMS) to enhance teaching methods

- Provide individualized tutoring to students as needed

- Manage classroom dynamics and create a supportive learning environment

- Collaborate with colleagues to assess student progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly

**Qualifications:**

- Certification in ESL teaching preferred

- Experience teaching international students, all levels.

- Proficiency in classroom management techniques

- Strong skills in lesson planning and curriculum development

- Familiarity with tutoring methodologies for diverse student populations

Pay: $40.00 - $60.00 per hour
