Position Description
Evening shift is required. The start and end time of the evening shift is negotiable.

Position Requirements
- 3 years demonstrated experience/ability in general electrical, HVAC and plumbing.
- Ability to lift at minimum 50 pounds
- Valid driver’s license
- A satisfactory background check and MVR report
Position Preferred Qualifications/Experience
- General working knowledge of the trades (Plumbing, Electric, & HVAC).
- Certifications welcomed
