What You'll Do:
As Cloud Security Program Management Lead, you will drive critical initiatives and complex, multi-product solutions through the entire program lifecycle as we complete our portfolio strategy. You'll influence a diverse set of partners with your positive relationship skills and dedication to driving good decisions. You will work with cross-functional teams consisting of product management, engineering, support, and operations staff in an agile environment to define, build, and launch products and solutions into the marketplace. You will generate and assess performance metrics on business outcomes to advise strategic decision-making. You will lead a team of Project/Program Managers leading diverse initiatives across the portfolio, enabling their growth and success.
Minimum Qualifications/Experience:
- 10+ years delivering enterprise software or SaaS-based products
- Significant application of Agile principles to large enterprise organizations (i.e. SAFe)
- Experience driving successful process improvements
Preferred Qualifications/Experience:
- Success leading significant organizational transformation
- Ability to understand technical issues to enable effective collaboration with Engineering and Cross-Functional leaders
- Experience with Security, Cloud, and/or Networking technology
- Management experience: build a cohesive team, lead by example, and demand excellence
- Highly disciplined: drive predictability, accountability, and transparency in the organization
- Detail-oriented and data-driven: demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving acumen
- Clear communication to drive transparency and resolve issues.
- Hands-on experience or enthusiasm to learn tools such as Jira, Aha, Sharepoint, and Confluence
- Bachelor's Degree (B.A./B.S.) in Computer Science, Engineering or related field
