The International Office within the Directorate of Recruitment & Admissions is seeking two full time International Admissions Coordinators.

The University of Greenwich has ambitious international recruitment targets over coming intakes and is enhancing processes around the processing of international applications in order to meet this requirement. The successful candidate will join a vibrant team of experienced and supportive colleagues who sit within the Administrative function of the International Office.

The successful candidate will have responsibility for accurately and efficiently making decisions on applications submitted - specifically on applications from international students, and primarily on applications made by agents. They will have responsibility for providing excellent customer service to external partners, prospects, applicants, and internal colleagues.

On a daily basis the successful candidate shall liaise with applicants as a first point of contact, handling a range of phone, email and Live Chat enquiries, providing information and ongoing support in relation to an application. They will provide a range of administrative support to the office and work closely with colleagues across the University’s faculties and directorates to support the achievement of the University’s international recruitment targets.

Located in a busy office environment – though currently a virtual one due to the coronavirus pandemic - the successful candidate will have strong organisational skills and ability to work effectively under pressure. We are looking for highly motivated candidates with a strong commitment to customer care and team working. An existing knowledge of university applications systems and processes desirable.
