Job Duties:
- Utilize your expertise to diagnose and resolve Windows 10 software and hardware issues effectively.
- Utilize Manage Engine Endpoint Central for streamlined endpoint management and security.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by promptly addressing user inquiries and technical concerns via various communication channels.
- Play a key role in planning and executing Windows 10 upgrade projects, ensuring a seamless transition for our users.
- Collaborate closely with team members to enhance IT systems and promote endpoint security measures.
- Associates degree in IT or Computer Science (or equivalent working experience) is preferred
- 2+ years of previous experience in an IT helpdesk or technical support role is required
- Must have strong troubleshooting skills in Windows 10 environments in a corporate setting
- Experience with deploying and managing endpoint management tools, specifically Manage Engine Endpoint Central
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-centric mindset.
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and a keen eye for detail.
