- Consulting manuals, read, interpret, and use complex electrical schematics and blueprints to plan work scopes, install requested improvements, and troubleshoot and correct problems
- Complete tasks in a timely manner and provide feedback, ability to use technology i.e. basic computer literacy
- Additional duties required as needed, attend new hire training as well as ongoing training sessions and weekly team meetings on new products, installation methodology and safety
- Maintain a clean job site while delivering exceptional customer experience at each installation
- Electrical wiring of solar array/system (AC and DC) including layout and assist in the assembly of solar modules / array, mounting hardware, and electrical equipment
- 1 year min experience leading a solar crew
- Ability to safely handle power tools, hand tools as well as materials such as ladders, inverters, solar panels, panel boards, batteries and other similar electrical equipment, lumber, roofing materials, etc
- Commercial solar experience preferred
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Excellent attendance is essential for the team to achieve success
- Travel between projects is mandatory and will vary dependent on business needs, employees must be able to travel for up to 2 weeks at a time, several times a year to various locations within the US
- Valid Driver's License required

$19.30 - $46.28/hour + cash and stock awards + benefits
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
