Servers – Starting at $3.00 + Tips per hour
This position is responsible for providing prompt, efficient, and courteous service to guests at Rohr’s restaurant within the Morris Inn hotel. Responsibilities include all elements of hospitality, such as anticipation, recognition, and responsiveness to the needs of others. Displaying optimism, intelligence, curiosity, work integrity, empathy, and self-awareness, all while performing the tasks of greeting, is required in this role. In addition, the Server is responsible for describing/explaining food and beverage offerings, creating guest orders, accurately communicating and entering guest orders, serving food and beverages according to standards to ensure continued service at all times, presenting guest checks/securing payment, and completing other tasks necessary to support an environment which is hospitable at all times. These tasks include running food from the kitchen, replenishing water and condiments, carrying trays, clearing tables of dishes, glassware, and silverware, and exercising caution when handling china, glassware and silverware. Must be 21+

Minimum Qualifications
Qualifications vary upon position. Perform with consistency, duties as assigned, in accordance with University Enterprises and Events Signature Standards. Al liquor license is required or the ability to obtain one.
