The Business Project Manager will support process enhancements and innovations; manage and coordinate financial system upgrades, data modeling and other automation initiatives to produce outcomes efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain project plan to ensure successful delivery of project and associated outcomes.
  • Responsible for delivering projects on time and meeting functional and quality specifications; partners with internal business units including Clinic Ops, IT, Billing, and Finance to manage design rate of project implementations.
  • Establish relationships with peers to build credibility, foster collaboration and empower the project team members for continues process improvements.
  • Prepares financial analysis and detailed reporting on financial measures, trends, and other strategic business initiatives.
  • Monitor, maintain and enhance proprietary corporate budgeting software. Including but not limited to writing/debugging software.
  • Prepares and analyzes monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for internal teams and external agencies.
  • Creates and maintains monthly financial forecasts, ad hoc reports and completes special projects as requested.
  • Responsible for the supervision, mentoring and direction of all finance staff assisting with the above requirements.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or business required.
  • Ability and means to travel as needed in a timely manner within San Diego County, to locations that may have limited access to public transportation; proof of liability and property damage insurance on vehicle used is required. DRIVER REQUIREMENTS: Licensed for a minimum of 3 years; No more than 2 violations and/or accidents within 3 years; No vehicle related suspensions/reinstatements; No DUI, reckless or felony Driving within 7 years.

In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share the base range for this position, exclusive of fringe benefits or potential bonuses.

86,312.00 - 123,302.00

If you are hired at Family Health Centers of San Diego, your final base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, jurisdictional requirements, skills, education, and/or experience. In addition to these factors - we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is what we reasonably expect to pay for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future and continued salary growth.
