Collaborates with senior management to resolve administrative or operational matters and ensures effective achievement of project and program objectives. Delegates tasks and supervises team members and lowerlevel managers by meeting regularly with each team member to discuss business dynamic, develops plans to accelerate performance, and predicts future outlooks. Leads crossfunctional teams and collaborates with internal and external stakeholders on all matters concerned with designated projects. Acquires advanced knowledge on marketing strategy, marketing program guidance, and sales by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, and expanding personal networks within and outside the organization.
