Job Description:

The Community Education Department of NVIT believes in community-based education and training.  NVIT anticipates a requirement for Term Instructors to deliver University Transfer courses in Bella Coola. Courses will be hybrid or face-to-face and will commence April 2024 to September 2024.

Requirements/Qualifications:
Possess a Bachelor's Degree in a related field for the College Readiness courses and a Master’s in a related field for University Transfer courses;
post-secondary teaching experience preferably with Indigenous adult learners;
strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills;
ability to work and problem-solve independently;
a knowledge of Indigenous cultures.
