TORIS is the authoritative software program for managing surface ship training and readiness.

The ideal candidate possesses strong problem-solving skills and can work the latest technologies. DevOps experience is a key differentiator.

• 1-3 years of experience developing new features for desktop and web applications.
• Experience developing new software applications, application modules, and web services based on software design specifications and requirement documents in a team environment.
• Experience working with users and system business analysts to troubleshoot applications, identify, and fix problems.
• Working knowledge of object-oriented programming languages such as Java and C++.
• Experience developing Single Page Applications (SPAs) using Angular and Node.js.
• Working knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies.
• Experience with Software Development Life Cycle processes in an Enterprise-level using Agile methodology and incremental development.

Education Requirements:

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Information Technology or Computer Science.

Personnel Clearance Requirements:

• Candidate must possess or be able to obtain an active, DoD-issued Secret security clearance.

Salary Range: $60,000 - $72,000 annually.
