Yoh has an exciting, opportunity for a Process Operator - Reagent Manufacturing to join our rapidly growing life science manufacturing client based in San Diego, CA.
Title: Process Operator - Reagent Manufacturing
Compensation: $20-23/hr
Location: San Diego, CA
Type: Contract to Hire
Shift: Mon-Fri 9am-5pm; No Overtime expected
Industry: Medical Device/Pharmaceuticals
Responsibilities:
- Formulate and fill reagent consumables based on a production schedule.
- Accurately follow all relevant work instructions and document pre-defined manufacturing details on batch records.
- Escalate when issues or unexpected product differences are encountered on the manufacturing floor.
- Support material management and logistics activities.
- Associate's degree in biology, chemistry, or equivalent.
- Biology or Chemistry wet bench skills.
- 1+ years of manufacturing experience in a cGMP and ISO13485 production environment.
- Working knowledge of DNA, PCR, and NGS is a plus.
- Manufacturing experience with liquid handling automation is a plus.
