We are seeking highly motivated and organized individualsto jointhe Provider Solutionsteam asSales Specialist. This role will primarily focus on supporting the sales team in the healthcare staffing sector,initiating business development outreach, andproviding administrative assistance, as required.

Responsibilities:

  • Source new sales opportunities through outbound cold calls and emails
  • Build out our internal data base with proper information by calling into prospective clients to confirm the decision makers
  • Client Communication:Act as an initialpoint of contact forprospects, responding to inquiries, and providing information regardingAya's providersolutions. May be embedded within 1-2 PS teams to facilitate business development sourcing activities, as directed by team leaders. Call and email through prospective client lists, in a sourcing capacity, with the goal of updating contact information, setting futuremeetingsand providing marketing materials.
  • Database Management:Maintainand update contactrecords inHubSpot,including locating emails and phone numbers, validating information obtained from Definitive Healthcare, Zoom Info, etc. and working with Sales Effectiveness to import data, asneeded
  • Marketing Support:Support marketing initiatives, such as HubSpot Sequences data integrity, creation of client lists for holiday gifts and other marketing efforts.
  • Reporting and Analysis:GenerateKPI and other team metrics to assist team leadership with routinereporting
  • Administrative Tasks:Perform general administrative duties such as scheduling appointmentswith prospects, managing calendars, and handling paperwork to support the sales team.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in sales coordination, preferably in healthcare staffing or a related industry.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with clients, candidates, and internal teams.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and prioritize tasks effectively.

Compensation: Aya reasonably anticipates the pay scale for this position to be $28.85 to $31.25hourly, which equates to $60,000 to $65,000 annually.

The pay scale for this position may vary if applicant possesses experience outside of what Aya reasonably anticipates for this position. Bonuses are subject to the role and your manager's discretion.
