Schedule: 8am - 5pm, Monday - Friday

Pay: $26/hr.

Marketing Operations Associate responsibilities:

  • Support in oversight of all aspects of customer experience, ensuring excellence from initial inquiry to post-purchase follow-up.
  • Support customer service representatives, enhancing the quality of customer interactions.
  • Support daily agent communications via Gorgias, ticket escalations, and ensure resolution of customer issues.
  • Monitor communications with customers.
  • Daily fulfillment checks and keep communications open with the Fulfillment Team regarding delays, backorders, ensuring customers are informed promptly.
  • Analyze customer feedback to identify improvement opportunities in the website usability, customer journey, and overall experience.
  • Develop and refine customer support procedures, policies, and service standards in collaboration with relevant teams.
  • Assist with other feedback channels including, Google, Yotpo, and help address BBB complaints and chargebacks.
  • Assist with website/app management and promotional and email/SMS marketing management.

Qualifications: Previous experience as a skilled marketing associate. Must be proficient with computers, social media, website, and apps.

The base pay range above represents the low and high end of the base compensation range we reasonably expect to pay for this position.
