The Job

As Field Marketing Associate at Own, you will be responsible for executing field marketing events and event production as part of the Integrated Marketing team's Go to Market (GTM) plans to help drive demand and revenue in the field from across industries. Your Day-to-Day Role
  • Promotional assets for integrated campaigns - promo copy, AD copy, areas of optimization for current processes
  • Event support
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to oversee projects and assets for various events and marketing campaigns
  • Act as a liaison with appropriate sales leaders, actively engaging in program design and defining success metrics Communicating campaign deliverables, objectives and timelines to program stakeholders, including Integrated Marketing Campaigns, Account Based Marketing, Partner Marketing, and Events teams
  • Negotiate and manage contracts with event organizers and third parties, ensuring alignment with budget objectives
  • Generate creative ideas and campaigns to drive attendance to both on and offline
  • Maintain event and campaign calendars across the North America region, aligning them with global content, messaging, and overall branding
  • Manage inventory and tracking of event marketing materials produced by cross functional marketing teams
  • Oversee day-to-day campaign and event logistics, including social promotions, email sends, sponsor deliverables, and creative briefs in coordination with events team
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define and execute executive and customer engagement targeted events
  • Support the Marketing team in the execution of Go-to-Market plans through various additional duties.
Your Work Experience
  • Minimum of 1-2 years in a marketing role. Events and Tech Industry experience is a bonus.
  • Demonstrated experience in a fast-paced, global environment. Able to effectively manage competing priorities; think and act proactively, and creatively solve problems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Basic knowledge of Salesforce CRM
  • Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of Social media platforms and email marketing
  • Proficiency in Google Suite
Important Details

This is a full-time position. The ideal candidate will work out of our San Diego, CA officea minimum of 3 days a week to maximize collaboration and interaction with the business. Travel may be required..

The base salary hiring range for this position is $52,000 to $65,000. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be dependent upon various factors such as education, training, skills, qualifications, competencies, years of experience, job-related knowledge, scope of the role, and location.
