Job Summary:

The Department of Mathematics at Oklahoma State University invites applications for a Postdoctoral Fellow to begin Fall 2024. The term of appointment is three academic years, subject to satisfactory job performance. Applicants should have completed their Ph.D. in mathematics or in a closely related area prior to the start of employment.

The Department seeks candidates with outstanding records of undergraduate mathematics teaching and excellent research potential in areas that will complement the research of the permanent faculty. Candidates will be expected to support the learning needs of students from all backgrounds, and the Department is committed to engaging all communities in the academy. Postdoctoral Fellows are expected to teach 12 credit hours in an academic year and to contribute to the vibrant research environment in the Department of Mathematics.
