Introduction

In order to support ASML growth and maturity it is of increasing importance that we introduce Operational Excellence in all our processes and meet Safety, Quality, People, Production, Lean, Planning & Logistics, Engineering and Financial targets. The functions of this role are a combination of periodic reporting, data analysis, business processes creation, analysis and improvement, as well as operational activities.

Role and responsibilities

  • Generate business insights by translating data into visuals, reports, and dashboards
  • Support in formulating problem statements and performing exploratory data analysis to identify trends and patterns
  • Apply leading analytics tools and technologies to develop in-depth understanding of structured and unstructured data on the topic at hand
  • Interact with technical and non-technical (cross-sector) stakeholders and be able to present and explain analytical problems, approach, results, and recommendations
  • Interpret statistical model outputs and translate into forecasts for factory and financial planning
  • Support business with reporting, analysis, and improvement proposals
  • Develop and maintain strong stakeholder management relationships

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree and a minimum 1 year (3 years preferred) of relevant experience in data gathering, reporting and analysis or equivalent
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel - possessing the ability to use spreadsheets, graphing, tables, calculations, and automation efficiently to process large quantities of data.
  • Experience with Spotfire (or similar software) report creation and maintenance
  • Knowledge in SharePoint administrative work

The current base annual salary range for this role is currently $67,875-$113,125. Pay scales are determined by role, level, location and alignment with market data. Individual pay is determined through interviews and an assessment of several factors that that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to job-related skills, relevant education and experience, certifications, abilities of the candidate and pay relative to other team members.
