The Role

As we continue to grow as QuidelOrtho, we are seeking a Senior ITAnalystwithin theInformation Technology Corporate Business Enablement team to partner with the HR andLegal & Compliance organizations to proactively deliver technology solutions which enable business capabilities and synergies. This is a hands-on position that collaborates closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of data integrations and processautomation across the organization. Role includes design and implementation of solutionsfor complex integration scenarios, utilizing Workday Studio, EIB, APIs, and other relevant tools. Role requires an excellent understanding of the business environment, to enable identification and delivery of solutions with other departments and Information Technology. This position is suited to a self-motivated individual, capable of operating with minimal levels of supervision.

This position is remote eligible.

The Responsibilities

  • Partner with HR and IT teams on Workday solutions
  • Authoring technical design documents, test plans and release plans for Workday integration solutions.
  • Configure, build, test and deploy Workday integration solutions.
  • Partner with Legal & Global Compliance on technology enablement.
  • Expansion of existing Conga contract management solutions.
  • Rollout of technology solutions to further automate Legal and Global & Compliance business processes.
  • Perform other work-related duties as assigned.

The Individual

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field of study or equivalent relevant experience in programming
  • Minimum 3 years hands on experience configuring solutions on the Workday platform
  • Proficient with Integrations technologies - Workday Studio, Workday Cloud Connect, XML, XSLT, SOAP and Rest APIs
  • Experience partnering with a matrix teamed of professionals, and communicating with various levels of management is highly desired.
  • Ability to work with all levels of the organization, both technical and non-technical.

The Work Environment

No strenuous physical activity, though occasional light lifting of files and related materials is required. 30% of time in meetings, working with team, or talking on the phone, 70% of the time at the desk on computer, doing analytical work. Minimal travel required. Travel includes airplane, automobile travel and overnight hotel.

Salary Transparency

The salary range for this position takes into account a wide range of factors including education, experience, knowledge, skills, geography, and abilities of the candidate, in addition to internal equity and alignment with market data. At QuidelOrtho, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The salary range for this position is $97,700 to $170,000 and is bonus eligible. QuidelOrtho offers a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance, along with a 401(k) plan, employee assistance program, Employee Stock Purchase Plan, paid time off (including sick time), and paid Holidays. All benefits are non-contractual, and QuidelOrtho may amend, terminate, or enhance the benefits provided, as it deems appropriate.
