Position Overview

The Health Information Technology (HIT) Marketing Senior Manager role will serve a critical function in building and launching collateral and solutions to be used in promotion in support of the Heath Information Technology Leader Program, strategic sales promotional effort for HIT, and other high priority HIT initiatives. This individual will serve an important role to help quickly build this important capability within our Health Information Technology Strategy. This role will play an important role as an enabler of realization of company HIT vision and HIT Marketing expertise is preferred. This role will support our enterprise health systems HIT strategy, including screening, precision oncology and pipeline efforts.

Essential Duties

Include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Translate market trends into relevant market/customer resources, think outside-the-box, and create disruptive solutions which enable Exact Sciences to meet our mission of early cancer detection.
  • Ability to understand the intersection between health systems and health information technology and translate those opportunities into go-to-market assets consistent with the defined strategy.
  • Uncover opportunities, and/or uncover underlying or unexpressed clinical/customer technology needs and create tactical assets consistent with defined strategy.
  • Work closely with the AD, HIT Solutions roles to define strategic direction and intent of our solutions across our enterprise products.
  • Coordinate HIT marketing VOC efforts within cross-functional HIT projects with organization stakeholders.
  • Manage HIT asset and solutions design, creation, and legal approval process across all our enterprise areas.
  • Interface with HIT field teams and provide marketing support.
  • Interface with HIT field teams and strategic customer accounts team with solicited feedback of marketing asset gaps.
  • Drive multiple small level projects from ideation through to execution and business impact assessment.
  • Uphold company mission and values through accountability, innovation, integrity, quality, and teamwork.
  • Support and comply with the company's Quality Management System policies and procedures.
  • Maintain regular and reliable attendance.
  • Ability to act with an inclusion mindset and model these behaviors for the organization.
  • Ability to work on a mobile device, tablet, or in front of a computer screen and/or perform typing for approximately 90% of a typical working day.
  • Ability to travel 10% of working time away from work location, may include overnight/weekend travel.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in business administration or field as outlined in the essential duties.
  • 7+ years of experience working in technical or healthcare HIT marketing.
  • Basic computer skills to include Internet navigation, Email usage, and word processing.
  • Demonstrated ability to perform the essential duties of the position with or without accommodation.
  • Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced degree such as an MBA, MHA or other.
  • Strong IT acumen and knowledge of HIT platforms and applications.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of how HIT is currently leveraged in US market and within health systems.
  • Marketing experience across Health Systems, CIN's or ACO's.

Salary Range:

$129,000.00 - $208,000.00

The annual base salary shown is for this position located in US - WI - Madison on a full-time basis and may differ by hiring location. In addition, this position is bonus eligible, and is eligible to receive company stock upon hire as well as annually.
