Ignite Digital Services has a great opportunity for a remote Change Management Analyst (client based in Charleston, SC/VA Beach, VA). We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who is a motivated self-starter, pays attention to detail, and can perform a variety of functions. This role will provide Change Management support for multiple efforts as part of the PEO Digital Flank Speed IPT.

Responsibilities:

• Adhere to Department of the Navy PEO Digital Change Management processes
• Document change requests from engineering and programmatic stakeholders
• Input Requests for Change (RFCs) for engineering efforts as needed
• Manage version control to identify the latest version of relevant engineering documentation
• Notify the team (engineering & programmatic) of any documentation requirements to fill existing or future gaps
• Communicate with stakeholders to ensure adherence with organization change management processes and procedures
• Conduct implementation planning for release and deployment
• Draft initial Release and Deployment Plans (RDP) for entry into Enterprise Change Control Boards (ECCB) based on documents utilized
• Support stakeholders by participating in regular meetings to maintain and communicate awareness of project status and status of change requests
• Perform other duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a business management related curriculum or equivalent
• 3 years of experience in technical specifications development, process analysis and design
• Recognized expert who has demonstrated industry and public service leadership in interpreting requirements and driving towards execution.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Advanced user in MS Excel
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Proven time management and organizational skills
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred
• Experience with Rational Asset Manager (RAM) & HP Service Manager (HPSM) is preferred

Salary: $100,000 + to align with education and experience
