Description
This role will consist of reviewing and performing balance sheet account reconciliations, assisting with month end close, generating daily reports, preparing adjustments, and assisting Division Controllers with day-to-day accounting activities. The Junior Staff Accountant must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a high level of attention to detail.
Primary Duties
- Perform balance sheets accounts reviews and reconciliations.
- Participate in organizing balance sheets? income statements and other relevant financial documentation following company's guidelines.
- Assist and perform Internal Control Reviews/Audits to the Division Operations.
- Assist with administrative duties as needed.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports.
- In-depth knowledge of reconciling month end balance sheet accounts.
- Review and verify accounting transactions.
- Organize and update financial records.
- Assist with special projects.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Accounting/Finance.
- 1+ years of accounting experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Available to travel.
