Roles and Responsibilities

Organize about 40,000 or more files in OpenText Content Suite Project Online Exchange Toolkit (OTCS POET).
Create and implement proper folder structure and metadata tags for files in OTCS POET and SharePoint.
Create and manage workflows in OTCS and SharePoint.
Publish and archive scoping documents, proposals, bids, designs, correspondences, permits to work, safety documents, construction documents, commissioning & qualification certifications, warranties, and other closeout documents.
Provide reports for the Projects Delivery (PD) team, our partners, and customers.
Develop and integrate applications.

Qualifications

Five years of experience in document control for a large enterprise, construction company, or life science company. Oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills to work with a diversity of stakeholders, such as project managers, directors, executives, scientists, and construction professionals. Familiar with work breakdown structures, financial, engineering, design, laboratory, facilities, and construction terminology. Associate or bachelor's degree and/or Project Management Institute certification preferred.
