Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:
Create an integrated master schedule of 20+ capital and expense projects for a portfolio of over $20 million
Develop schedule templates and what-if scenarios for all project types and sizes
Define a work breakdown structure (WBS) and create a WBS dictionary
Analyze schedules and make recommendations to the project team on opportunities for schedule compression
Identify and communicate schedule risks
Generate reports at the executive, director, project manager, and subcontractor levels, including milestone reports and tracking key performance indicators
Cost and resource load schedules
Calculate Schedule Performance Index
Provide reports for the PD team, our partners, and customers

Qualifications:
Ten years of experience in critical path method scheduling utilizing MS Project or Primavera P6 for a large enterprise, construction company, or life science company. Oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills to work with a diversity of stakeholders, such as project managers, directors, executives, scientists, and construction professionals. Familiar with work breakdown structures, financial, engineering, design, laboratory, facilities, and construction terminology. Associate or bachelor's degree and/or Project Management Institute certification (PMI-SP) preferred.
