Summary

This is an hourly position as a MEST and MMETOHP Research Assistant. 

The research assistant will assist the Middle Eastern Studies program for the Winter 2024 term only. The research assistant?s responsibilities include: digital curation of oral history interviews using OHMS facilitating Middle East Studies faculty and student outreach events under the supervision of Professor Amin. 

Application requirement: a short CV that clarifies previous work for the Middle East Studies Program at UM-Dearborn and experience with the digital curation of oral history recordings.

Required Qualifications*

• Current UM-D Student;
• Great problem solving skills;
• Great communication skills..

Desired Qualifications*

• Previous experience with research projects.
