The Norm Brodsky College of Business at Rider University invites applications for a non-tenure-track, Lecturer position in the Management Department to begin in Fall 2024. This is a full-time appointment, appointed on a one-year basis for the first three years, then renewable for an additional three-year contract, and then subject to an expectation for continuing employment status. 

The department is looking for candidates who will teach at the undergraduate and graduate levels, in both face-to-face and online formats. The role includes teaching four courses per semester in the Entrepreneurial Studies area of the Management Department, including – but not limited to – Innovation and Creativity, Small Business Management, Family Business, Entrepreneurship, Strategic Management and Policy. There is also an opportunity for engagement and leadership in the College’s Center for Entrepreneurial Studies.

Candidates must possess a minimum of a Master’s Degree (e.g., MBA), as well as experience related to entrepreneurship and business management.

Candidates must have a demonstrated commitment to support the multicultural needs of Rider University and the surrounding community.

Previous collegiate teaching experience in the subject matter is preferred.
