JOB DESCRIPTION:

DUTIES & SCOPE:

• Support field technology systems, initiatives, and processes.
• Provide project support during system implementations, requirements gathering, and system configurations.
• Collaborate with third party vendors on application issue tracking and escalations.
• Provide end user assistance and product training.
• Prepare and maintain reference materials and process documentation.
• Identify potential areas of improvements in existing processes and systems.
• Interact with operations team members to validate expectations are understood and met before, during, and after project completion.
• Ensure schedule requirements are met. Readily adjust priorities and milestones based upon changing company needs, resource availability, and project requirements.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 2 - 3 years of project engineer experience in heavy commercial/private electrical construction.
• Experience translating business needs into technical requirements.
• Technical troubleshooting capabilities, analytical and general problem-solving skills.
• Field experience coordinating with construction management.
• Knowledge of project scheduling, bids, take-offs, change orders and contracts.
• Exceptional initiative, execution, and communication skills, both oral and written.
• Excellent customer service skills and experience working with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work independently, set priorities, meet goals and deadlines.
• Driven to learn and support new applications and technology.
• Electrical Engineering or Construction Management degrees are strongly preferred.

The starting annual base pay for this role is between USD $80,000 and $100,000. The actual base is dependent upon many factors, such as: location, training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. The role may also be eligible for vehicle allowance plan, bonus and benefits.
