Title: Administrative Assistant

Job Duties: The Administrative Assistant provides support related to the day-to-day business operations and performs general administrative, office, and project support activities as assigned. This is an in person position reporting to our facility in San Diego, CA 92115.

Qualifications:

  • Associate of Arts in business office administration, accounting, or similar degree or equivalent experience
  • 4+ years administrative experience
  • Proficient in all aspects of MS Office
  • Advanced Excel user
  • Excellent writing and communication skills
  • Comfortable working clients, coworkers, and guests.

Schedule: Full-Time

Additional Requirements and Qualifications:

  1. Written and verbal communication skills
  2. Excellent time management skills
  3. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
  4. Attention to detail
  5. High proficiency in MS Office - Word, Excel, PPT, Publisher, Adobe Acrobat, Outlook (able to create PPTs, manage spreadsheets, create graphs and charts, manage scheduling and tasks, note taking, etc.)
  6. Knowledgeable in using online platforms (Zoom, Teams, etc.)

Duties include but not limited to:

  1. Provide administrative support in carrying out the functions of Crestwood Recovery Resilience Solutions Operations including developing and managing organizational processes.
  2. Provide administrative support in carrying out functions of Crestwood Recovery Resilience Solutions meetings, trainings, conferences, staff development, and recovery services.
  3. Manage the Crestwood Recovery Resilience Solutions Library
  4. Responsible for report writing, emails, memos, proposals, letters, etc.
  5. Assist with travel, conferences, and meetings.
  6. Manage corporate credit card expenses, as needed; reconcile expenses and send to A/P.
  7. Organize and disseminate incoming mail for Crestwood Recovery Resilience Solutions.
  8. Organize and disseminate information and packages to various locations.
  9. Maintain office supplies at the Peer Employment Learning Center site.
The salary range listed below represents the minimum and maximum base pay per hour at the time of posting. Final salary offered to the candidate selected for the position will be based on factors including but not limited to candidate's skills, experience, licensure, and program acuity.
Pay Range:
$27-$32 USD
