Role Description & Responsibilities

The BIOVIA strategy team consists of a diverse group of scientists and business professionals committed to growing the brand. Among the objectives are to research market needs, position BIOVIA to meet the needs and communicate this success to a variety of audiences.

The strategy team has expertise across each of the domains BIOVIA serves, biosciences, materials science and engineering, laboratory informatics, scientific informatics (AI/ML) and quality and regulatory. This broad set of expertise and holistic view of the brand will allow an intern the opportunity to contribute where they have expertise while learning about other aspects from the multiple facets of BIOVIA.

The ideal intern will be one who wants to expand their horizons and has a curiosity for exploring opportunities in various types of scientific careers. They will be working with mentors who want to see them progress, so a growth mindset with the ability to accept coaching and to at times work independently will be helpful. Agreeableness, positivity, enthusiasm and genuine interest that they are able to display in the content they create will make for a great internship.

This intern will primarily assist in

* Developing content for potential marketing campaigns

* Create content that exhibits a unification of the virtual and real world

* Build excitement and enthusiasm for BIOVIA software

Qualifications

* Video editing skills and experience to create captivating content

* Regular use of social media and experience in creation of social media content

* (Instagram, Tik Tok, Youtube)

* Minimum cumulative GPA 3.0

* Excellent communication skills in English, both verbally and in writing

This is a hybrid position expected to last for 6 months, requiring a commitment of at least 3 days per week on site at our office, located in San Diego, CA.

In addition to working with your direct team, as a member of Dassault Systemes NAM Intern Program you will be invited to our Speaker Series, Lunch and Learns, Networking Events and all employee functions.
