Essential Job Functions

The incumbent must be able to perform all of the following duties and responsibilities with or without a reasonable accommodation.

• Partner closely with Perfect Order and Operations Teams, as well as other members of the Digital Fulfillment team, to understand business trends and potential opportunities. Research potential opportunities conducting cost/benefit analyses. (10%)

• Partner with operations team to understand cost trends, develop incremental reporting as appropriate to understand opportunity areas and present to supervisor and/or operations team. (20%)

• Support supervisor with analyses to determine prioritization of potential opportunities and projects. Conduct post-project analyses to understand overall impact to the business and potential follow-ups. (30%)

• Partner with Merchandise and Product teams to ensure delivery messaging onsite is accurate and customer friendly. Develop testing hypotheses to continuously take advantage of improvements researching new places and ways to communicate customer benefits. (30%)

• Provide ad hoc analyses as needed to support all areas of Digital Fulfillment including BOPIS, same-day delivery, Ship from Store, and Distribution Center deliveries. (10%)

Required Skills and Qualifications

Normally requires a bachelor's degree, preferably in business, operations, or related field. 2-5 years of professional experience in relevant digital, supply chain, or retail required. Strong interpersonal and judgment skills will be required to influence cross-functional partners.
