About The Job
Dudek is seeking a 'As-Needed' IT System Analyst / Developer who is responsible for implementing, supporting, and developing application solutions for external and internal client projects.

Department Overview
IT Businesses Group (ITBG) supports the day-to-day operations of internal customers by providing support to line of business application (LOB). In addition, the group collaborates with external customers to provide custom and / or commercial of the shelf (COTS) implementations and support where needed.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Works with clients to develop and technology solution and road map for successful service delivery.
  • Works with clients to gather project requirements, use cases and test case scenarios.
  • Able to create solution architectures to streamline business process needs.
  • Execution of projects under the supervision of Business Applications Manager for design, development, implementation, and support of commercial and custom software products
  • May provide primary technology support for line of business application (LOB) platforms.
  • Enhances current system functionality to improve process, performance and/or design.
  • Performs code review cycles and quality assurance testing for production ready deployments.
  • Mentor and inspire team members to build a stronger team.
  • Performs all job duties in accordance with deadlines established by management.
  • Performs all job duties in accordance with departmental standards for accuracy, quality, and productivity.

Position Requirements
Experience
  • Collaborating with clients to build applications and data acquisition models, workflows, and reporting solutions.
  • Working experience with ERP, CRM, CLM and HCM enterprise software packages. i.e., Deltek, Agiloft and Ceridian are a big plus.
  • Bonus experience with working with geographic information system frameworks (GIS) i.e., ESRI, Google Maps, ArcGIS Online.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Procient with software development stacks including but not limited to web, database and building REST and RESTful APIs using .NET technologies, Angular, React, typescript, PowerShell, Node, Python, Laravel and/or PHP.
  • Hands-on experience as a full stack developer (UI / Middle and backend technologies stacks)
  • Experience with BI and reporting technologies using Power BI, SSRS and JSON reporting with Microsoft Office products.
  • Experience with relational database i.e., MSSQL, Oracle, MySQL, and/or Postgres
  • Experience with Web server technologies
  • Experience with repository control systems and i.e., GitHub
  • Able to work under pressure and deadlines.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbally and in writing
  • Initiative-taking
  • Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Logical and efficient, with keen attention to detail
Education
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or STEM field equivalent and/or eld of study which entails software development practices and experiences.

Physical Requirements
Working Conditions:
  • This job operates in a remote or office-based environment and this role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, printers, etc. Will consider remote / hybrid work schedule.
  • No travel required
  • Availability periodically during non-core business hours as needed for implementations and maintenance (nights/weekends)

Proposed Salary Range: $47-$57 hourly*
*Final agreed upon compensation will be based on a variety of factors including but not limited to an individual's related experience, education, certifications, skills, and work location.
