Contracts Administrator, Senior

Key Role:

Provide full life cycle contracts administration leadership and support to our DoD clients. Negotiate and administer contracts with the US government and subcontracts with large and small business prime contractors across the breadth of contract types. Negotiate Teaming and Non-Disclosure Agreements with prime contractors. Identify and assist with the resolution of Organizational Conflict of Interest (OCI) concerns. Develop and maintain productive relationships with internal and external clients. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Experience with contract administration, negotiations, and proposal preparation for DoD contracts

  • Experience with a variety of contract types, including cost reimbursable, fixed-price, and time and material

  • Experience with OCI terms and mitigation plans

  • Experience with reviewing terms and conditions and statements of work and identifying areas of risk and risk mitigation strategies while following company policies and procedures

  • Knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS)

  • Ability to independently negotiate with prime contractors

  • Ability to establish and maintain relationships with internal and external clients

  • Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience with contract administration, or 9+ years of experience with contract administration in lieu of degree

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $73,100.00 to $166,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
