Your Future Team

Crest Capital Advisors, a member of the Hightower community, is a San Diego based RIA managing $2B for a collection of Ultra High Net Worth families delivering Family Office solutions.

Please note that Crest Capital Advisors is in the office Monday-Friday.

What You'll Do:

  • Provide white glove level of service to clients, delivering administration of client financial accounts and associated money movement
  • Prioritize and organize workflow, and collaborate on all facets of the operation and administration of client accounts
  • Onboard new client accounts through collection of client information and necessary documentation
  • Establish new investment accounts - drafting letters, preparing customer welcome packets
  • Respond to questions regarding accounts, policies and procedures
  • Prepare and review tax documentation tracking summaries
  • Process client requests (wires, checks, journals, etc.)
  • Assist clients with establishing online access for statements and confirms and portal
  • Maintain client files
  • Assist with client relations
  • Assist with meeting preparation
  • Prepare investment subscription agreements
  • Facilitate capital calls and hedge fund purchases
  • Review private equity capital and hedge fund accounts statements and update in performance reporting system

What You'll Bring:

  • 0-1+ years of experience in Financial Services
  • Ability to interact with clients in person and over the phone in a professional manner
  • BA/BS degree in business, finance or related field
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
