In this role, you will work on the design & implementation of various tools and infrastructure for developing & verifying real-time control firmware with all aspects of software development. This position requires close collaboration with our system engineers, firmware engineers, engineering CAD, and system verification/integration engineers.

- Expertise in Python and Shell Scripting
- Expertise in the development & deployment of automation tools
- Expertise in configuration management, associated workflows and tools
- Experience debugging and building automation on Linux/Unix/MacOS environments
- Experience and proven knowledge of GitLab/GitHub/Gerrit or any other project hosting solution
- Experience with REST Web Services, JSON,YAML, XML
- Proficiency in using Splunk, Jenkins
- Experience in C/C++ and handling/updating build(Make/CMake) files is a plus

Responsible for tools and infrastructure development and maintenance to aid robust firmware development and verification in collaboration with firmware, virtual prototype, CAD and other teams. Set up, maintain, and improve quality gate CI/CD pre & post-integration pipelines. Develop and maintain the Python infrastructure for pre & post-silicon bring-up.

BS and 10+ years of relevant industry experience required BSEE, MSEE/PhD preferred

- At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $161,700 and $284,900, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
