Position Summary
The Operation Change Program Coordinator is responsible for the successful execution and delivery of all aspects of the Operation Change Program. The Program Coordinator manages the cross functional team of internal and external consultants and resources and works with all stakeholders, grant providers, leadership teams, vendors and participants of the program, as appropriate.
Essential Functions
- Work closely with the Fitness Manager to ensure all rooms are reserved through Kroc Center software and appropriate set-up requests are made.
- Request and distribute marketing materials for staff (Motivational Interviewers), Town Hall attendees, and Guest Speakers.
- Coordinate any equipment and supply needs for program implementation.
- Schedule and confirm all session Guest Speakers and Movement Specialists. Maintain efficient communication with all support personnel.
- Ensure that all required Program assessments and documentation is completed and properly tracked.
- Perform other duties related to Operation Change, as necessary.
Working Conditions
Ability to walk, stand, bend, squat, climb, kneel and twist on an intermittent or sometimes continuous basis. Ability to be able to lift up to 10lbs. Ability to grasp, push, pull objects such as files, file cabinets drawers and reach overhead. Ability to operate computer, fax and telephone.
Minimum Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years
Skills, Knowledge & Abilities
- Strong communication, both written and oral (Bilingual- Spanish- preferred)
- Proficiency in establishing and maintaining relationships.
- Ability to build and lead cohesive, successful teams.
- Proficient in basic Microsoft Office programs.
- Ability effectively strategize, design and implement short & long term projects.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational skills, with emphasis on time management and budgeting.
