The Spirit of the Position:

The lot cleaner drives from location-to-location cleaning equipment, removing graffiti, picking up debris and trash, and overall ensuring that the facility is a welcoming place to park.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the security of company issued property/tools, including a company vehicle.
• Responsible for immediately reporting unusual or extraordinary circumstances regarding the property.
• Responsible for a neat and careful appearance at all times, Company to supply work shirts, employee Responsible for proper work shoes and pants.
• Be aware of proper OSHA safety requirements and company safety policies.
• Must possess a valid CA Drivers License.

Education:

• High School Diploma

Experience:

• Maintenance duties at similar operations i.e. landscape company, hotel, apartment exterior cleaning etc.

Skills:

• Ability to speak, read, and comprehend the English language

Physical Demands:

• Willingness to work in the elements - heat, wind, snow, rain, etc.
• Ability to lift, push and pull at least 35-50 pounds.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
• Ability bend, stoop, squat and lift frequently throughout a shift.
