SUMMARY
Responsible for supporting the operational, marketing and communication needs of the department by providing day-to-day support and assistance to the operating group leadership.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
* Manage internal and external webinar process including distribution list maintenance, drafting and distributing invitations, administration for HCRI credits, conducting webinars, and all follow up activities.
* Manage the ad submission process by working directly with Producers and design team.
* Create presentations and analysis for internal and external meetings.
* Respond to and triage questions about the Private Client Services practice.
* Maintain contract library and updates as needed.
* Manage the approved vendor list and corresponding processes.
* Oversee departmental meetings, including scheduling, agenda development, drafting meeting notes, and ensuring completion of all action items.
* Develop and implement consistent organization wide policies, work flows and procedures.
* Develop procedures for auditing systems and processes.
* Conduct routine audits, report on results and makes recommendations for systems.
* Create reports, analyze and summarize data.
* Comply with agency management system data standards and data integrity (enter and maintain complete and accurate information).
* Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
One (1) or more years of related work experience in benefits consulting firm or insurance carrier
Project management experience a plus
SKILLS
Proficient in Microsoft Office products including Excel at the expert level
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Good leadership, problem solving and time management skills
Self-starter with strong analytical, organizational and prioritization skills
Strong detail orientation
Ability to work within a team and to foster teamwork
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Ability to hold team members of all levels accountable to meeting agreed upon deadlines
