We are seeking a dynamic and strategic leader to join our team as the Global Marketplaces Strategy Lead and Program Manager. In this critical role, you will be responsible for working with cross functional teams to drive the development and execution of our global marketplace strategies. As a key player in our organization, you will lead the design and implementation of programs that optimize our presence on various global marketplaces such as Amazon. If you have a proven track record of strategic thinking, problem solving, program management, and team leadership in the e-commerce space, and ideally, experience in management consulting, we invite you to apply.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive global marketplace strategies to drive revenue growth and enhance market presence.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketplace strategies with overall business objectives.

  • Drive the design and execution of programs aimed at optimizing HP Inc.'s performance on global marketplaces.

  • Conduct market analysis, competitive intelligence, and customer research to inform strategy development.

  • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketplace programs.

  • Foster relationships with global marketplace partners to maximize collaboration and drive mutual success.

  • Prepare and present executive-level presentations and strategic recommendations to senior leadership based on data-driven insights.

  • Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies in the global e-commerce landscape.

Education and Experience Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.

  • Typically 6-8 years of experience in business strategy, strategy and planning roles. Experience in management consulting a plus.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with a focus on mentoring and developing talent.

  • Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.

  • Demonstrated success in program management and execution of complex initiatives.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.

  • Knowledge of global e-commerce marketplaces and industry trends.

  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.

  • Proven ability to create executive-level presentations and effectively communicate complex ideas to leadership.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is $127,500.00 - $196,350.00 annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
