San Diego PlayStation IT is seeking a Sr. Systems Application Engineer for Microsoft 365 team. Here, you will aid in supporting the studio's development processes, contributing to making our games better, by assisting in management of day-to-day responsibilities multi operating company, regional platform delivery and engineering team.

Responsibilities:
  • Product Owner of Microsoft 365 to lead and manage complex enterprise offerings across Sony Interactive and PlayStation Studios
  • Lead and guide M365 migration projects related to merger and acquisition initiatives, providing expertise in areas such as tenant-to-tenant migration, using tools like AvePoint Fly, Sharegate and PowerShell scripts.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams ensuring seamless integration of acquired PlayStation Studios to our M365 tenant.
  • Provide steady-state support for Microsoft applications including OneDrive, Exchange Online, Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Teams, and SharePoint Online.
  • Strong knowledge of Power Platform with demonstrable knowledge of Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI
  • Develop and maintain technical run books, support documentation, and contribute to the knowledge base.
  • Collaborate closely with local and regional support teams, including Sony GISC (Global Information Systems and Communications), Information security, Legal, and privacy.
  • Drive Information Security Management with Purview Information Protection, DLP (Data Loss Prevention), and Information Security Teams
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of enterprise platform engineering experience managing Microsoft 365 tenant and engineering service and product offerings, workloads, and solutions
  • Strong working knowledge and hands-on experience with SharePoint, Teams, Entree/Azure AD (Active Directory), Intune, PowerShell, Power Platform and beyond.
  • Demonstrated expertise in implementing and troubleshooting M365 on-prem solutions and integration with cloud services.
  • Proficient understanding of Exchange Online, messaging gateways, and coexistence strategies between on-prem and cloud-based M365 products.
  • Proven record of accomplishment of successfully completing Microsoft 365 migrations, using tools like AvePoint, ShareGate, Quest Migration Manager for Exchange, etc.
  • Experience with AD Connect, Okta, Forest & Domains, Azure Active Directory, DNS, SMTP, and LDAP.
  • Strong skills in Outlook client management, including configuration, troubleshooting, and user support.

At SIE, we consider several factors when setting each role's base pay range, including the competitive benchmarking data for the market and geographic location.

Please note that the base pay range may vary in line with our hybrid working policy and individual base pay will be determined based on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location.

$138,200$207,400 USD
