Ignite Digital Services has an exciting opportunity for a Mid Financial Management Analyst in San Diego, CA. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual that is a motivated self-starter with superior listening, communication, communication, and analytical talents. This role will provide financial management, acquisition, and general administrative support for NAVWAR

Scope of Responsibilities:

• Track and monitor financial expenditures for customer programs and projects.
• Track funding documents and project expenditures.
• Update financial spreadsheets as funds are received and disbursed.
• Utilizing principles of appropriation law to provide financial support as it pertains to funding in a Working Capital Fund Activity
• Assist with annual cost model development and budget cost estimates.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

• BA or BS degree
• 3+ years of experience with financial analysis
• 1+ years of experience with Navy ERP
• 1+ years of experience with DoD program acquisition
• 1+ of experience with Microsoft Office, including Excel
• Active Security Clearance
• Ability to work within a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Ability to multi-task and meet deliverable deadlines
• Ability to obtain a security clearance
• Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Have a current CAC for base access
• Have a current NMCI/Flank Speed account
• Experience with Microsoft Access or other database tools
• Experience with data visualization tools, including Tableau
