This position pays $21.00 per hour.

The Line Cook will be responsible for planning, preparing, set up and providing quality service in any area of food production station or level.

Responsibilities:

• Sets up work station with required tools, equipment and supplies according to specifications and standards.
• Maintains cleanliness and inspects working conditions of all tools, equipment and supplies to ensure compliance to standards.
• Performs prep work and production of items needed for the day. Selects, cleans, and prepares all raw items.
• Minimizes waste and maintains controls to attain forecasted food targets.
• Disinfects and sanitizes cutting boards, work areas and tools.
• Maintains and abides by state sanitation/health regulations and hotel requirements.
• Follows policies and procedures supporting organization's goals and values.
• Ability to plan, prioritize, organize, maintain concentration, and complete all work assigned..
• Ability to perform job functions with minimal supervision.
• Ability to work cohesively with co-workers as part of a team. Be a Team Player and encourage the teamwork attitude among staff.
• Ensure total guest satisfaction.
• Follow supervisor's instructions and performs other duties as directed or assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Candidates must be able to work evenings, weekends, and Holidays.
• This position requires an individual to work primarily a schedule of 3pm - 11:00pm, but has the flexibility to work other shifts.
• Qualified candidates must be able to communicate in English.
