Responsibilities:

• Resolve complex employee relations issues objectively
• Provide expert advice on employment laws to senior management
• Lead HR functions: safety, training, onboarding, and offboarding
• Drive culture initiatives to attract and retain talent
• Coach and develop management teams for excellence
• Collaborate on long and short-term program needs and special projects

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years in HR management or business partner role
• In-depth knowledge of California employment law; Washington and Oregon law a must.
• Bachelor's degree in HR-related field, Psychology, or Business
• PHR or SHRM-CP Certification preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
• Comfortable with HRIS systems and new technology
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

This is a full time remote position with some travel expectations. Salary range is $90K-120K based on education, experience and skill.
