The Content Marketing Manager's role is to collaborate with the Regional Vice President and implement content strategies that perform well across WestAir's key performance indicators. This includes lead generation, knowledge sharing, social media, web, eCommerce community growth, and internal communications. The manager is responsible for developing all platforms to create effective content. We are looking for specialists who possess strong writing skills and have a natural inclination toward leadership. You will assist in the continued development and improvement of the strategy while being an ambassador for the brand and its values.

SEO Strategy and Passion: Without data, nothing works; you will carry a strong background in technical SEO that parallels our digital strategy-and understand how to adapt to platform trends



Essential Functions

* Generating industry-specific content related to gas applications that can perform well across various channels.

* Creative content ideas across various industries, applications, gas types, & gas package types

* Performing keyword research and staying abreast of industry trends

* Iterating on content strategy to ensure success

* Co-developing and executing strategies for multiple channels, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube

* Collaborating on planning, creating briefs/scripts, producing, and publishing both print and digital content

* Managing campaigns across all digital and social platforms

* Copy-editing content for AP style to match brand voice

* Monitoring social media KPIs to track bi-weekly engagement and campaign performance

* Community management and engaging with followers and reviews in a timely manner

* Monitoring web, eCommerce, and social traffic and generating reports on trends

* Cultivate strong relationships with journalists and media outlets to secure coverage on the web. This involves building trust and rapport with reporters and editors, understanding their interests and needs, and providing them with valuable information and insights


Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Journalism or a related field
  • 3+ years of proven experience in producing content for the web specifically, as well as channel-specific knowledge
  • In-depth knowledge of the HubSpot Content Optimization System and Proficiency in Microsoft
  • Hands-on experience with SEO and web traffic metrics.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to influence others both internally and externally
  • Strong action with the ability to prioritize, multi-task, tenaciously follow up, and meet aggressive deadlines
  • Ability to collaborate with all different players and functions, inspiring innovative and new ideas with peers, and holding others accountable

This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

While performing this job, the employee must sit, stand, talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer and telephone, keyboard reach, stoop, and kneel. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision requirements due to computer work. Light to moderate lifting is required.


Travel

Occasion travel may be needed.


Position Type and Expected Hours of Work

This role requires a full-time on-site presence with varying hours within core business hours, Monday to Friday.
