    Who you are

    You will serve as a strategic partner and resource to the Director of U.S. Retail Services, to drive U.S. retail marketing initiatives and competitively position our retail service line in the marketplace. You will be part of a team-based approach to meet the marketing and research needs of the U.S. business. You will be responsible for providing tactical plans to help drive business development, lead execution of key events, manage client interactions, and deliver annual operating budgets for the retail marketing line.

    What you bring

    • 5+ years minimum professional marketing management role

    • BA/BS Degree, or relevant work experience in lieu

    • Solid critical thinking skills, a methodical and creative approach to problem solving, with excelling skills and executing plans

    • Self-starter with ability to anticipate needs and next steps without prompting

    • Excellent oral and written communications skills required

    • Action oriented and enjoys working hard; energetic and willing to take on challenging assignments; seizes personal development opportunities

    Bonus skills and experience

    • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite products, including: InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat is preferred

    • Commercial real estate experience preferred

    • Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office suite of products, including: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote

    What success looks like

    • You will be a close and trusted partner for the Director, Retail Services, working closely to ensure we are positioning our brand in ways to generate business

    • Supporting national business development efforts to optimize broker/client relations, connect platform resources, and drive overall brand awareness

    • Developing and delivering tracking reports, presentations and analytics on progress of service line priorities, goals, operations, activities and programs

    • Researching competitive technology impacting the retail industry, and partner with the Technology & Innovation team to continually evaluate and elevate platform partnerships and productivity

    • Manage client awareness and engagement with Colliers' events, sponsorships and education

    • You will work with the events team and other resources to ensure successful execution of all retail-related events nationally and regionally, as appropriate

    • You will ensure that projects are completed in a high-quality and timely fashion, including management, tracking and implementation of an ongoing calendar of marketing deliverables and events

    Area/Location Specific: California, Arizona and Washington

    Approximate Salary Range for this Role: $72,653.00 to $150,228.00

Employees are able to enroll in our company's 401k plan. Employees will also receive 10 days of sick leave and a minimum of 15-days' vacation annually. Certain senior-level roles are eligible for unlimited time off. Employees will also enjoy 10 paid holidays plus two personal flex days throughout the calendar year. 12 weeks (for birth parents) and 4 weeks (for non-birth parents, including adoptive/foster parents) for paid parental leave will also be available for use after successful completion of 90 days of employment.

    Bonus

    This position is eligible for an annual bonus, based on company and individual performance.
