Position Description

Lincoln Land Community College is looking for qualified part-time instructors to teach Employability Skills to workforce students at our main Campus in Springfield. This course aims to increase a student’s essential employability skills and to improve their job-seeking abilities. Areas of discussion include understanding and improving workplace skills such as communication, collaboration, critical thinking, creativity, and personal ethics necessary to achieve success in one’s career. Job-seeking tools such as resume building and networking are also included.

Position Requirements

Applicants must have at least 2,000 hours of professional experience. Professionals in the workforce trades industries are highly encouraged to apply, though all business segments/industries are welcome. Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a criminal background check and drug-screen.
